As your holistic health coach, you can expect a personalized, integrative approach to wellness tailored to your unique needs and goals. Together, we’ll explore all areas of your life such as nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, and emotional well-being amongst others to build a balanced and healthy lifestyle. I’ll provide you with practical tools, ongoing support, and personalized guidance to help you overcome challenges and create lasting, positive changes. My mission is to empower you to take charge of your health, deepen the mind-body connection, and elevate your overall quality of life.

We begin with a free 15-minute discovery call to discuss your health and wellness goals and explore how I can support you. If you decide to move forward, your coaching program officially starts upon payment after this session.
Our first step is a Health History Session, where we dive deeper into your goals, health history, and current lifestyle. In the following session, we’ll focus on goal setting and action planning. From there, we’ll have regular follow-up sessions to track what’s working and make any necessary adjustments. Together, we’ll ensure that the changes you make become sustainable habits before we wrap up the program. You can extend the program as needed.
Sessions can take place online or in person, depending on your location. Prior to some sessions, I’ll send documents for you to complete, and after each session, I’ll provide follow-up notes summarizing what we discussed.
