Discovery Call: In this complimentary 15-minute discovery call, we have a chance to get to know each other and discuss your health goals. I briefly learn about your current situation and explain how my holistic health coaching can support you in achieving your wellness objectives.
This initial conversation is the perfect opportunity for us to determine if we are a good fit to work together.

Understand it.
Health History Session: Following our discovery call, we move to the next step: a 60-minute health history session. This in-depth session allows us to explore your past and present health and lifestyle in detail.
We discuss your health history, habits, and any challenges you’re facing to create a tailored coaching plan that aligns with your unique needs and aspirations.
This session is a paid service and sets the foundation for our continued work together.

Build it.
Goal Setting & Action Planning Session: Following the health history session, we proceed to the goal setting and action planning session, marking the official start of our program.
In this crucial session, we work together to define your goals, understand their origins, and discuss their importance in building the necessary motivation and discipline. We also identify the obstacles you face and develop strategies to overcome them. Finally, we create a detailed action plan, outlining the steps needed to achieve your goals and move forward with confidence.

Grow it.
Follow-ups: We conduct regular follow-up sessions to review your progress.
We discuss what’s going well and identify areas that need improvement. Together, we strategize how to maintain your successes and address any challenges. If you have multiple goals, we may introduce new objectives and action plans gradually, ensuring a manageable and sustainable approach to your wellness journey. These sessions are tailored to keep you on track and continuously moving forward.
At any required moment, if we need to revise our goal setting and action planning, we will do so during the follow-up sessions.

To make more sustainable changes, I recommend at least 3 months long coaching period, however, if you would like to focus on a minor health and wellness topic, I offer 1 month package as well.
This package includes
1 Health History Session (60 mins), 1 Goal Setting and Action Planning sesion (60mins) and 2 Follow-up sessions (45-60 mins)
Whatsapp support in between sessions & follow-up notes after each session on Whatsapp
Question documents to navigate the coaching program better & Learning material when needed.
This package is €500*.
*Email me for TL prices. Due to the Turkish Lira devaulation, I offer packages in TL as well.
If you would like to commit for longer time but do not know how long, you can make monthly commitments with this package as well. In this case, starting from second month you get 4 follow-up sessions and can replace one with Goal Setting and Action Planning session, when needed.

This package is €1000 when paid in full, or €1200 with a payment plan of 3 installments of €400 per month*.

If you would like to commit for longer time, you can always extend the period.
